Custom Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations once the production process has started.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that period, the order enters production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Return Conditions
As all products are made-to-order and customized according to your provided specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

You received the wrong product due to an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return under these circumstances, please make sure:

The product is unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized products made to your specifications (including measurements, designs, logos, or names).

Items with personal embroidery, printing, or tailoring.

Products that are damaged due to improper care after delivery.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
